Kingston, NY – Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack is proud to introduce a free new service aimed at enhancing the security of property owners throughout Ulster County. The office is rolling out "Fraud Alert," a user-friendly tool designed to empower property owners in safeguarding their most valuable assets.
On November 14, 2023, the Ulster County Clerk’s Office created a Registry for Domestic Partners and accepted for filing, Affidavits of Domestic Partnerships pursuant to Local Law 9-2023.
Registering a Domestic Partnership may allow you and your partner to qualify for family discounts, employee benefits, health benefits, and may open the door to legal benefits previously difficult or impossible to obtain for unmarried couples in close, committed relationships.
Please note, the DMV Bus will not be in Saugerties on Tuesday, November 7th. The Town of Saugerties is closed for Election Day.
Kingston, NY - Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack is pleased to announce that a new exhibit of Native American Artwork by Judith Boggess will be displayed at the Matthewis Persen House through the remainder of the season. The Persen House is located at 74 John Street in uptown Kingston and will be open Saturdays from 10am-2pm through October 28, 2023. Admission is free and all are welcome.
