Kingston, NY - Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack is pleased to welcome Hank Yost, World War II reenactor, to the Matthewis Persen House Museum on Saturday, September 2, for a special presentation.  The museum is conveniently located at 74 John Street in uptown Kingston, at the corner of John and Crown Streets. Admission is free, and the event is open to the public.

Kingston, NY – Acting Ulster County Clerk Taylor Bruck is pleased to announce that on Saturday, September 7th the Wiltwyck Quilters Guild will present a craft demonstration and display at the Matthewis Persen House located at 74 John Street in uptown Kingston, at the corner of John and Crown Streets. The house will be open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Admission is free and all are welcome.

About Us

The Ulster County Clerk's Office acts as custodian of the records for Ulster County.  We oversee records dating back to 1658 including deeds, mortgages, judgments, liens, maps, civil and criminal actions.
