Micrographics & Imaging
The Records Center is also home to the County Clerk’s state-of-the-art Micrographics and Imaging division. This division processes over one million reformatted images each year through multiple types of microfilming and scanning technology for Ulster County departments and other local governments.
Mobile Unit
In an effort to be as conveniently accessible to as many Ulster County residents as possible, the County Clerk’s Office offers limited DMV services through our DMV Mobile Unit. The DMV Mobile Unit travels to 7 different towns throughout Ulster County during the year.
Hours each day are 10:00-1:00 and 2:00-3:30.

Ulster County Motor Vehicle offers a variety of services by appointment only to the residents of the County. Please go to our website make an appointment.

Naturalization
Naturalization Ceremony
The County Clerk’s Office plays an important role in the naturalizing of new citizens in Ulster County. Several times each year, Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack is honored with the role of administering the Oath of Allegiance to new citizens who then gain the rights and privileges afforded to most Americans by birth.
