Kingston, NY – Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack is happy to announce that the Mobile Unit of the Department of Motor Vehicles will resume service Thursday, July 8, 2021, at the New Paltz Community Center and Friday, July 9 at the Shandaken Town Hall. On Monday, July 12, it will resume its normal schedule around Ulster County.

The messages may reference Real ID compliance or updated regulations. Anyone who received such a text message should delete it right away.

Anyone who received such a text message should delete it right away.
The County Historian plays a vital role in preserving and promoting Ulster County’s rich history. By coordinating the work of town historians and local historical societies, the County Historian ensures a cohesive approach to historic preservation and acts as an advocate for our collective heritage. This position fulfills Ulster County’s commitment, as outlined in New York State Law 57.07, to maintain a full-time historian, dedicated to interpreting the past through research, writing, teaching, and public presentations.
Kingston, NY – The Ulster County Department of Motor Vehicles and the nonprofit organization Donate Life New York State are teaming up to raise awareness of the lifesaving impact made by organ, eye and tissue donors. On Tuesday, April 19 at 10:30 am, Ulster County will be hosting a “Raise the Flag for Life” event. During this event, a Donate Life Flag will be raised at the Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, to encourage the public to enroll in the New York State Donate Life Registry. Everyone is invited to attend this public event.
