The DMV Bus will not be in New Paltz today, February 6, due to weather.
All ceremonies will begin at 11:00am. Location to be announced closer to ceremony dates.
New Women’s History Month Exhibit Opens at Ulster County Office Building
Kingston, NY – The Ulster County Clerk's Office, in partnership with the Ulster County Board of Elections and League of Women Voters of the Mid-Hudson Region, is honored to present a special exhibit of materials in celebration of Women's History Month 2026 on the second floor of the Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, in the Nina A. Postupack Gallery.
As of March 15, the DMV Bus will not be available on Thursdays in New Paltz until further notice. The Town of New Paltz is currently working on some electrical issues where the bus connects to power. When these issues have been resolved, the DMV Bus will return to its regularly scheduled Thursday visits.

Kingston, NY – Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack announces that the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Road Test Site will move from Dietz Stadium to Cornell Street at Tremper Avenue in Kingston. This change will take effect on Monday, March 6, 2023.
Kingston, NY – The Ulster County Department of Motor Vehicles and the nonprofit organization Donate Life New York State are teaming up to raise awareness of the lifesaving impact made by organ, eye and tissue donors. On Friday, April 14, Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack will be hosting an informational table at the Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, to encourage the public to enroll in the New York State Donate Life Registry.

The Acting Ulster County Clerk Taylor Bruck is pleased to announce an update to the DMV Mobile Unit schedule. Beginning Thursday, April 17, 2025, the DMV Mobile Unit will now serve the Town of Plattekill on the third Thursday of every month. The mobile unit will be located at the Plattekill Town Hall, 1915 Route 44-55, Modena, NY 12548.
